Terms & Conditions – Tralee Warriors Online Auction

  1. Auction Dates
    • The online auction opens on July 23rd and closes at 23:59 on August 14th.
    • Bidding will continue in person at the Race Night on August 15th. Final winning bids may exceed online bids.
  2. Bidding Process
    • All bids must be submitted via www.traleewarriors.com.
    • Bidders must provide valid contact details.
    • No bid is valid until confirmed by the system.
  3. Winning Bids
    • The highest confirmed bid (online or in person) at the close of the auction will be deemed the winner.
    • Winning bidders will be contacted within 48 hours.
  4. Payment
    • Full payment is due within 5 days of notification.
    • Payments can be made via [Insert accepted methods, e.g., card, Revolut, bank transfer].
  5. Item Collection / Delivery
    • Items can be collected in Tralee or delivered by arrangement (delivery fees may apply).
  6. No Refunds or Exchanges
    • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.
  7. Disputes
    • In the event of any dispute, Tralee Warriors reserve the right to make the final decision.
  8. Auction Subject to Change
    • Items may be updated, removed, or substituted at the clubs discretion.
