1.1 By attending The Tralee Warriors Basketball Camp I agree to meet all of Camp requirements. 

 

1.2 Photographs and videos taken by The Tralee Warriors Coaches during camp may be used for promotional circumstances via our social media outlets.

 

1.3 Tralee Warriors are not responsible for the supervision and or safety of participants outside of the stated times. 

 

1.4 The  Tralee Warriors Basketball Camp operates to the highest standards but it cannot be held liable or responsible for damages, injuries or loss of possessions. 

 

1.5 Lost property will be held for 7 Days after Camp. After this period items will be given to charity. 

 

1.6 You herby release, waive, forever hold harmless, indemnify and keep indemnified  Tralee Warriors from all claims for any injury, loss or damage sustained by the child/children/student arising from or associated with the activities and hereby indemnify Tralee Warriors Basketball against all claims made by any other person against  Tralee Warriors Basketball in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the failure of the child/ children/ student to follow safety instructions, guideline, instructions and rules outlined by  Tralee Warriors Basketball, coaches and staff. 

 

1.7  Tralee Warriors Basketball has permission to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident or sickness. 

 

1.8 Information on activities is given in good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions or other unanticipated situations.
